In California, there's a strike underway against the Sutter Hospitals by workers represented by SEIU/United Health Workers.
Not only do they have a public-facing website, that website is actively seeking petition signatures, has an email newsletter, and even has a strike blog written by union president Sal Rosselli.
The Sutter CPMC strike is not my first strike, but this is my first blog. Our members know what this strike is about, and they know the truth about what is going on on the picket line and in the hospitals. I want everyone to know the facts. That’s why I’m writing this blog.
