The Verified Voting Foundation has put together an extraordinary website just in time for Election Day. The Election Incident Reporting System is an online tool that allows anyone to report a problem voting.
At the moment, Florida already has 1600+ incidents reported - and Pennsylvania (with 1200+) is right behind.
