Over at DailyKos, a contributor named DavidNYC has pointed out that 3/4 of all state Democratic parties don't have blogs. Of course, publishing a blog is an inexpensive and yet highly effective way to drive the message, attract the audience, and begin to make inroads. Tim Tagaris has launched a great site, called the State Party Blog Project, to track the progress of their campaign to encourage all the states to launch blogs.
Personally, I'm a big fan of Bob Mulholland's blog for the California Democratic Party. Bob's one of the most hard-punching operatives anywhere.
